The kids were asked to write a little about their Christmas. Cole came up with this...
Twas the night before Christmas
and excitement filled the room.
The family was unwrapping presents
but not from you know who.
The first was a matchbox plane and
alas it was very small.
The children looked again
but to their surprise that was all.
The next was just as small
a Mickey Mouse Pez toy.
The children were now suspicious
of their parents faces of joy.
The next present was an envelope
at the bottom rested a ticket and a note.
"Merry Christmas and have fun at WDW."
was all that someone wrote.
The children were curious
and baffled by this clue.
When my Mom said, "We are going to Walt Disney World
and your cousins are coming too!"
We were all so happy that we could almost hear
St. Nick say as he drove out of sight,
"Merry Christmas to all and to all a goodnight!"
Wow...I wish I could write like that!
